What is VaultMe

Product overview

VaultMe is a cloud-based migration tool for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, built for IT administrators running multi-account migrations. It migrates business content — email, files, calendars, and contacts — together in a single workflow, without requiring separate tools for each content type.

VaultMe focuses deeply on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 while also supporting personal Gmail and Outlook.com accounts, IMAP-compatible email providers, and Exchange. It handles migrations between providers and within the same provider, across both business and personal accounts.

VaultMe is designed for maximum migration completeness, preserving individual items and their structure as faithfully as possible. It is optimized for small and medium-sized migration projects of roughly 5-500 accounts, with preparation-focused workflows that help administrators move through the process with confidence.

  1. Switching from one service provider to another.
    Organizations moving from one cloud provider to another can transfer user content to new accounts.
  2. Consolidating business accounts after mergers and acquisitions.
    When organizations sell or acquire another company, VaultMe can be used to migrate user content from one organization to another, unifying accounts under a single domain or collaboration platform.
  3. Onboarding and offboarding employees.
    During onboarding, content from a previous work account can be migrated to a new company account. During offboarding, user content can be migrated to another internal account for retention.
  4. Archiving accounts that are no longer in use.
    Administrators can migrate content from inactive or soon-to-be-deleted accounts into archival accounts to preserve historical business content for future access or compliance purposes.
