VaultMe for Admins operates on a no-license, per-user account basis, ensuring that organizations pay only for what they actually migrate.

VaultMe for Admins does not sell or require licenses to perform migrations. Instead, it calculates the cost of each migration individually.

Each migration’s price includes:

• A base migration fee ($59.99) for each user account migrated (covering the setup and automation service)
• Data transfer fees ($0.20 per GB migrated and $0.20 per 1,000 items migrated), which depend on the total volume of content (emails, folders, or files) in each account

Because data volume varies from user to user, the final migration price can only be determined after the accounts are connected and scanned. This approach gives organizations transparent, pay-for-what-you-use pricing.
