Pricing
VaultMe for Admins is priced at $59.99 plus data fees for each user account migrated. Data fees are calculated based on both the total size of the content and the number of items migrated:
- $0.20 per GB migrated
- $0.20 per 1,000 items migrated (an item is an email, file, or folder)
For example, if you have 10 end-user accounts that you need to transfer to Microsoft 365, and each account contains an average of 50 GB of content and 150,000 items, the estimated cost would be:

Actual costs may vary depending on each account’s total size and item count. VaultMe for Admins performs a pre-migration scan once accounts are connected to calculate exact data fees before migration begins.
If you decide not to proceed with the migration, you will be able to safely disconnect the accounts, and no user content will be retained on VaultMe for Admins' servers.
Payment methods
VaultMe for Admins currently accepts:
- Credit cards from all major banks
- PayPal
VaultMe for Admins does not offer payment on invoices and does not accept bank transfers, purchase orders, or checks.
All payments are processed securely in U.S. dollars (USD). You’ll receive a digital invoice and payment receipt immediately after checkout for your records.
Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel and receive a full refund if the migration has not yet started. Once a migration begins, only partial refunds are available, as data access and transfer costs are incurred immediately.
In the rare cases of verified technical issues, you can contact VaultMe for Admins support to request review and resolution.
