Supported content types

For migrations from IMAP, VaultMe for Admins supports migrating only emails. Contacts may be copied manually using the export and import function in IMAP if available.

It is not possible to include only selected folders, emails, categories, or dates in the migration. VaultMe for Admins will copy all email messages.

Below is a detailed description of what can and cannot be copied using VaultMe for Admins.

Emails

Except for "Trash" and "Spam," VaultMe for Admins will copy every email message from your IMAP-enabled Mail Service along with its:

• Attachments
• Original formatting
• Folder (including custom ones)
• Read/unread status

VaultMe for Admins will not copy:

• Any email messages that are stored in "Trash" and "Spam"
• Email markers (for messages that are marked)
• Any additional email features that are not a part of standard IMAP settings
