Including data types in the migration
VaultMe for Admins allows transferring all content or only selected data categories.
The administrator can migrate the entire account (emails, files, contacts, and calendars) or only specific types of data.
If the administrator chooses to migrate certain categories separately, such as migrating emails first and files later, each migration will count as a separate process and will be billed individually.
When shared files are included, VaultMe for Admins copies all shared items available to each user. The same rule applies to shared drives.
Because shared drives are collaborative spaces, they should not be migrated for every user. The administrator should instead select one or two users with full access to those drives and migrate them separately. For all other users, shared drives should be excluded from the migration.
Content organization
The administrator can select how the migrated data will be organized in the destination account: either merged with the existing content or kept separate within a new migration folder that preserves the original structure of the source account. For more information, see Content organization.
